The 2026 Anatomy Academy will meet each student at the first step of "Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning, which is "Remembering" the names of primary neuromusculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, digestive, and reproductive structures. 

The academy's primary aim is to increase each student's enthusiasm, interest, and confidence to master a rigorous and fundamental subject matter at the introductory level. To master the basic building blocks of learning vertebrate anatomy and to have the confidence and desire to learn more about human anatomy will be key to each student's success in biologic science courses in collegiate higher education and at the professional graduate level. The latter is where much deeper "understanding" and patient "application," and "analysis," as well as "Evaluation" will take place in clinical environments.
